Just when I thought I had all of my favorites covered, I created this one and friends, IT IS MAGNIFICENT.This is my go-to 'treat' for when I'm craving chocolate because it hits that sweet spot perfectly, without the nasty blood sugar spike and in all honesty, it is absolute perfection ๐The boys and I shared this for breakfast (well, I had most of it and they had a spoonful each ๐) but you could have it forbreakfast, halve it as two snack-size serves or even as a healthy kiddo'sdessert! (just be wary of giving cocoa/cacao to kids at night as it can disrupttheir sleep).Summer's here and most of these ingredients you should have on hand so now's the time to give it a try, I would LOOOVE to hear your feedback. ๐
Throw all ingredients into a blender (I love my @vitamix ) and blend very well. Once blended let it sit there for 1-2 minutes to thicken further. Pour into glass and top with desired toppings, mine were:1 Tbsp Grated Dark Chocolate + Chocolate Pieces ( @pana_organic )1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs (adult upgrade)Bon appetiteย ๐
