Delightful Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe in Under 10 Minutes
There was a time in my life when peanut butter was basically its own food group. I used to whip up these after-dinner bowls of peanut butter mixed with a little cocoa powder and maple syrup, pop them in the freezer for half an hour, and then savour every bite like it was sacred.
It was my version of dessert therapy.
Fast forward to now, my peanut butter love story continues, just with a bit more balance and protein. This smoothie is my summer-go-to when I want something creamy, satisfying and energising (without the sugar crash or spoon-to-jar situation). It’s got all the flavour of that nostalgic PB-choc combo, but with nourishing ingredients that actually support your energy, hormones and blood sugar – win!
Whether you’re a reformed peanut butter addict like me or just after a quick brekkie that tastes like dessert, this one’s for you.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on it below, bon apetite.
