My Summer in a Bowl

If I had to choose just one food to eat the rest of my life, it would undoubtedly be mango. Their sweet aroma fills our kitchen in summer and it takes me to my happy place.
This smoothie bowl is hands down, my absolute favorite to make (and devour) in summer and the boys are officially hooked now too.
It's nice to go out for breakfast occasionally, but when you make these bowls of liquid gold at home and eat them outside in the sunshine, you get to feel that satisfaction that comes with creating magic.✨

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Piece Frozen Banana
  • 3 Cups Frozen Mango
  • 1/4 Piece Fresh Lime (juice only)
  • 2-3 Tbsp Coconut Yoghurt (or yoghurt of choice)
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk (or milk of choice)
  • 3 cm Piece Fresh Ginger (powdered will work too)

Instructions
 

  • Throw all ingredients into either a blender (I love my Vitamix) or food processor and mix well. Pour into bowls and top with desired toppings, mine were:
    1/2 Cup of Coconut Yoghurt
    1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
    Freshly Sliced Lime
    Fresh Mint
    Served in a beautiful coco bowl from Coconut bowls.
