Berry Smoothie Bowl

This beautiful bowl of goodness is made using frozen wild blueberries. They are the smaller, tastier, nutritionally (way) better version of their bigger brother and are a staple that I keep in my freezer. I get mine from Mrs Flannery's so check out your local health food store to find these little beauties.
Failing that, you could just use regular blueberries and it will still be incredibly yummy! This bowl is super simple to whip up and I guarantee anyone who eats it will be back for seconds.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large Frozen Banana
  • 1.5 Cups Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp Honey (add more or less if desired)
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Yoghurt (or yoghurt of choice)
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk (or milk or choice)
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Butter

Instructions
 

  • Throw all ingredients into either a blender or food processor and mix really well. Pour into bowls (I use my Coconut bowl) and top with desired toppings, mine were:
    2 Tbsp Wild Blueberries
    Edible flowers
    Bon Appetite 💋
